I am passionate about helping individuals, couples, and families who are struggling with diverse difficult life situations. As with many other people, growing up and the transitioning to an adult was very challenging but I was fortunate to have influential people around me such as my mother and family members. They inspired me to discover hidden depths and strength within me that helped then and continues to help now through life’s challenges and realising my goals.

- Individual Counseling Sessions (Telehealth & In-person)
- Couple Counselling Session (Telehealth & In-person)
- Family Counselling Session (Telehealth & In-person)
Note: In-person sessions are based on availability.
Hours of Operation:
- Monday – Friday: 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM
- Saturday: By Appointment (Based on Availability)
Rates:
- New Client Consultation via phone (15 minutes) Free
- Individual Sessions: 50 min @ $150
- Couples Sessions: 75min @ $200
- Family Sessions: 75min @ $200
Additional Fees: Please note that an additional fee of $50 applies for Gottman Method Couples Therapy and Prepare-Enrich Assessment. This fee will be added to the cost of your first session if you choose to use either of these services.
