She is also a Certified Trauma Professional, Master Certified Coach, and Associate Member of the Ontario Association of Mental Health Practitioners (OAMHP).
With over a decade of experience, Roseline supports children, youth, adults, couples, and families navigating emotional, relational, and mental health challenges. Her professional background includes work in public and private schools, community organizations, and private practice, with extensive experience supporting neurodivergent individuals, including those with ADHD, autism, and emotional regulation difficulties.
Roseline specializes in trauma recovery, anxiety, depression, stress management, emotional regulation, relationship concerns, grief and loss, parenting challenges, life transitions, and immigration-related mental health issues. She is passionate about helping clients process difficult experiences, develop effective coping strategies, and build resilience through compassionate, trauma-informed, and culturally responsive care. Christian counselling is also available for clients who wish to incorporate their faith into the therapeutic process.
Roseline’s passion for helping others is shaped not only by her professional training but also by her personal experiences. Like many people, she encountered challenges while growing up and transitioning into adulthood. Along the way, the guidance, encouragement, and support she received from others contributed significantly to her personal growth and development. These experiences, combined with her education and clinical expertise, have strengthened her commitment to supporting individuals, couples, and families facing diverse life challenges and transitions. Her work is informed by a faith-based perspective that recognizes the importance of hope, support, resilience, and collaboration in achieving meaningful and lasting change.
Her integrative and client-centered approach draws from evidence-based therapies, including Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (TF-CBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), Gottman Method Couples Therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), EMDR, Narrative Therapy, and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT).
Roseline believes that healing and growth occur when people feel heard, supported, and empowered. Her goal is to create a safe and collaborative space where clients can gain insight, strengthen relationships, overcome challenges, and move toward lasting emotional wellness and personal growth.
You don’t have to face life’s challenges alone. Whether you’re seeking support for yourself, your relationship, or your family, Roseline is committed to helping you move toward healing, resilience, and meaningful change.
